Inspiration




Several days ago, I made a turn onto an entry ramp in downtown Manchester. I saw an odd tableau consisting of two long poles (unfinished wood, about 8' tall) bearing large pieces of black fabric. Adjacent to them were two grocery carts, full to overflowing with personal items appearing to belong to one or more homeless people.

No way should this be happening in NH, one of the wealthiest states in the US.
My finished version of the painting below will be titled "Homesteading 2018"
